CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Once a prepaid order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, there is an option to cancel the order by clicking the cancel order button in the order confirmation message, or you can cancel it while on the confirmation call. Thank you for your understanding.
I HAVE REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT, WHEN WILL I GET IT?
Once approval of your replacement claim, it takes 12-15 days for the product to get delivered. Kindly wait patiently if 12 days have been passed by and you still do not get tracking details do reach out to our support team from details shared below.

Personalised orders take 12-15 days whereas non personalised items take 5-8 days to deliver.
